Our gas grills selection is made up of 3 main companies; The Holland Grill, Twin Eagles and Napoleon Gas Grills Each company offers various different size and styles of grills. They have freestanding grills and built-in grills for outdoor kitchen islands. The different lines carry different levels of quality and different styles of cooking. Holland grills is a style of convection cooking that guarentees No Flare ups! and will help you from over cooking your food. The Napolean grills are high end stainless steel grills that offer your tradtional grilling methods as well as optional charcoal cooking on the same grill. Twin Eagles is a premium top of the line grill company made of the finest craftsmanship with elite quality.
Holland Gas Grills
For the last 25 yrs. Holland Grills have proudly been made right here in the USA. Brad Holland is the originator of the patented "Holland System" which is a design that gaurentees to never flare up and they put the gaurentee in writing. With the Holland grill you cook by time, so you do not have to waste time checking the grill and making sure that you aren't burning your food. This allows you better use our time to prepare other parts of your meal, do chourse around the house, or just relax in front to the tv and you don't have to worry about overcooking your meal. The Holland grill is also designed to give you the versatility to grill, steam, smoke and now sear with there 900 degree infrared searmate. The Holland cooks at one temperature so you don't have to worry about where to set the flame and the Btu's are constant at 19,000 on most model and only 13,000 on the Apex because the stainless steel design holds the heat better and therefore does not require any more heat. This will save you gas in the long run you will typically use about a third less gas than your tradition grill. The Grill is designed with a cast iron burner and stainless steel cooking grid that is guaranteed for the life of the grill. Twin Eagles is another American Company that produces their grills in Cerritos, CA. They are of the highest quality in the industry using 300 series stainless steel with seamless hili-arc welded construction. The Twin Eagles Cooking Systen was developed by award-winning Gas Engineer Dante Cantal. The Twin Eagles cooking system uses a mix of direct heart from specifically placed ports and channels with radiant heat from ceramic briquettes this allows your grill to reach higher temperature and distribut heat evenly to all the greates.. Napoleon has two different series of gas grill that we carry The Mirage Series and The Prestige Series. Each series offers different sizes and features to accomadate everyone needs for their backyard grilling enviornment. Napoleon's grills are made of heavy duty stainless steel construction with an Easy Lift lid and infrared rear rotisserie burner. Charcoal Grills
We offer charcoal grills from Primo and Holland. The Holland Grill Company had so much success with their traditional style grills they recently came out with a charcoal grill with there same style of convection cooking. The other charcoal grill we carry is a ceramic grill similar to the Big Green Egg but American Made by Primo Grills and Smokers. Both companies are sure to enhance your outdoor cooking experience. Also any of our Napoleon grills have an upgrade kit that allows you to turn your traditional gas grill into a charcoal grill with in minutes. Holland Charcoal Grill
Holland makes on charcoal grill called The Patroit. It combines their traditional style of convection cooking with the flavor and taste that is desired from a charcoal grill. The grill has four adjustable air vents for temperature control, heavy guage stainless cooking bar grid, heavy stainless charcoal tray, a "Trap door" to make adding more charcoal a snap, adjustable cooking grid height and a durable aluminum construction to protect against rust. Primo is a ceramic style charcoal grill that can double as a smoker as well. Primo is similar to The Big Green Egg but it is the only American Made ceramic grill. When cooking in a ceramic grills the moisture is retained by the ceramic to prevent the dryed out taste you might be familar with from your traditional charcoal grills. Primo offers three different sizes to fit everyones griling needs. The Primo Oval XL offers a 400 sq in. cooking area, the Oval Junior offers 210 sq. in of primary cooking area and the Kamado offers 280 sq. in.
