Steel Freestanding Pellet Stoves
Our steel freestanding collection is comprised of stoves from Lennox's (Country Collection, Elite series, and Merit Series), St. Croix's Prescott series and we round off our selection with Regency's Greenfield stove. With pellet stove there are a lot of electrical components and snap switches. Our steel freestanding collection is comprised of stoves from Lennox's Country Collection and St. Croix's Hasting Stove and offer the same great quality and warrenty as our steel stoves. They offer beautiful designs which allow you to make the stove the focal point of the room and not something you want to hide in your basement.
Lennox "Country Collection" Freestanding Steel Stove
Lennox bought Country Stoves a family owned and operated company from Auburn, WA just outside Seattle. The company prides themselves on Quality and Reliability and the owner's son and daughter still work there under Lennox. Over the past couple years Lennox has phased out their "Whitfield Collection" in favor of the "Country Collection". Whitfield was the original creator of pellet stove so this should tell you something about Country Stoves. The Winslow PS40 of the "Country Collection" is Lennox's top of the line steel stove. The body of the stove consists of 1/4 and 3/16 mild carbon steel. The heat exchanger is made of 28.8 lbs. of heavy duty welded steel. The stove is self igniting just by pushing a button. They use Fasco blower motors the best in the industry. The burn pot is cast iron which ensures it's extra long life span. The burn pot is also self clean once an hour the combustion fan kicks up to high to blow out any clickers(uncombusted pellets). The stove has 4 safety switches which lets you know if there is something wrong with the stove such as a clogged air way extra. There is a telephone jack in the control board for easy diagnoisics. For easy of operation the control board only has one know that automatically adjusts the most effieient fan speed with your heat rate. So you can enjoy your flame with the least amount of maintance they have employed a unique air wash system. The Winlsow offers 5 different trim options along with an option for a fake log set and brick backing. It is also backed by the Goodhousekeeping Seal.
Lennox "Elite Series" Freestanding Steel Pellet Stove
The Montage is the middle tier steel pellet stove from Lennox and it is a work horse. It is the most moderning looking stove from Lennox and offers four different options for fronts which can match any decor. One unique design feature is that the glass is a reflective ceramic so that when the stove is not in operation the glass reflects outward and you can not see inside, once the fire lights up then the glass becomes transparent. The Montage's Fastfire™ ignitor makes for an easy quick startup. There patented UltraGrate™ achieves nearly 100% combustion efficiency. The large hopper on such a compact stove allows for longer burn times before refills. Other unique features the stove offers is a fake log set and a remote control. The Montage can burn standard or premium grade pellets. It is also backed by the good housekeeping seal.
Lennox "Merit Series" Freestanding Steel Pellet Stove
The Cascade is the entry level pellet stove by Lennox. It has the same UltraGrate™system that achieves nearly 100% combustion. The Cascade stove can burn lower grade fuels up to 2% ash and can achieve burn times as long as 40hrs. It has a dual speed convection blower to allow different speeds on different feed settings. On the down side there is no automatic ignition it is a gel start unit and the only option it features is a gold door.
St. Croix "Prescott" Freestanding Steel Pellet Stove
St. Croix is an American company from Iowa. They produce a variety of not only pellet stoves but also multi fuel heaters that can burn corn or pellet. They also produce pellet or corn furnances. They have won vesta awards at the annual HPBA show in 2003-2005 and 2008. There are two different types of Prescott stoves the Prescott EXL and the Prescott EXP. The Prescott EXL the model with legs and the EXP is the pedestal model. The St. Croix Stoves offer a unique VersaGrate system that shakes the ash down from the burn area automatically. They also have a Smartstat feature which allows automatic ignition and shut down. The heat exchangers on the Prescott stoves are made of stainless steel which is corrosion-resistant to allow for easy cleaning with their scraper system. They come standard with digital control boards and fake brick backings. The Prescott Stoves offer gold and nickel door and filigree upgrades. These stoves are designed to look like your standard wood stove.
Regency "Greenfire" Freestanding Steel Pellet Stove
Regency is a Canadian company that has distribution sites across the East Coast which allows for quick delivery and they always have product in stock. Regency has only one freestanding pellet stove the Greenfire GF55. The Greenfire has a clean look, automatic ignition, an airwash system, heavy duty heat exchanger, easy operational controls and quiet operations with a 160 cfm blower. The stove comes with a cast iron brick liner that will radiant heat from the back wall of the stove through the ceramic glass. Their optional features include an antique copper or nickel door overlay and a fake one piece ceramic log set.

It is also one of the newest pellet stove in the industry. It comes in black cast or enamel brown finishes, with 3 different optional stone insets. Or you could have your own stone,tile or marble cut to match the decor of your home. Beside being absolutely beautiful the Bella has many new and improved feature from the other "country collection" Winslow steel stove. It still has the self igniting feature, a heavy duty cast iron burn pot and heat exchanger. In addition it has a direct-current brushless auger motor which means quieter operation, superior reliability, faster startups and more coonsistent fuel delivery. The control board has an LCD screen which tells you exactly what the stove is doing and there are only 2 knobs for easy operation and allows for separte control of the convection fan. There is also a multi-directional air wash system to keep the large viewing area clean. There is double cushioned combustion fan for quieter operation. This stove also offers optional fake brick paneling and log sets along with remote control options. It is also backed by the Goodhousekeeping Seal.
St. Croix "Hastings" Freestanding Cast Iron Pellet Stove

MCZ Freestanding Pellet Stoves
MCZ is our newest addition to our pellet stove line and our first Italian made product. They offer a sleek modern euro design with the Italian technology which is far superior to what we have here in the USA when it comes to pellet stoves. MCZ has an innovative ACTIVE SYSTEM which instantly adjusts the combustion air to compensate for minor variations in pellet size and density. In doing so the stove determines the perfect amount of air to obtain the best possible combustion in any installation at all times. This technology is what helps the stoves achieve their astounding peak efficiency of 94% and displays a constant flame that does not vary in size. They offer 2 different size stoves with multipy designs and features. Hampton Cast Iron Pellet Stove
Hampton is a company located in Vancouver, Canada and their pellet stove line consists of one freestanding stove and one insert. They are just as beautiful as their wood stoves with sharp lines and unique details in the cast. The cast offers a nice even radiant heat. Their stoves are multi fuel rated and can burn pellets, corn, wheat and barley. Since the stoves can burn multiple types of fuels there are some unique features that you will not see on your average pellet stove. The stove has an agitator which rotates through the burn pot and breaks up any clinkers that could form from burnt pellets. This design is also great for burning different kinds of pellets since the stove is equiped with a setting for high thru low quality of pellets. The freestanding pellet stove boasts 55,000 Btu's and is rated to heat up to 2,500 Sq. Ft.
