Astria, formally Lennox Hearth Products, offers a selection of basic prefab builder boxes and high-end prefab boxes with several different interior brick options. Their mosaic selection is made up of actual firebrick, which gives the fireplace the look of a true masonry fireplace, while it is a prefab box at a fraction of the cost of a full masonry fireplace and chimney. They also offer a see-through and corner-style prefab firebox as well.
