St. Croix Pellet Inserts

St. Croix is an American company from Iowa that incorporates classic quality with modern efficiency throughout its products.  They produce a variety of not only pellet stoves but also multi-fuel heaters that can burn corn or pellets.  They also produce pellet or corn furnaces.  They have won Vesta awards at the annual HPBA show in 2003-2005 and 2008.  The St. Croix Ashby-P is their only pellet insert.  St. Croix Stoves offers a unique VersaGrate system that shakes the ash down from the burn area automatically.  They also have a Smartstat feature, which allows automatic ignition and shutdown.  The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant to allow for easy cleaning with their scraper system.  They come standard with digital control boards and fake brick backings.  The Ashby offers gold and nickel doors and filigree upgrades.
